Two departments came together to raise the flag, and traffic waited in quiet respect below. Warsaw-Gallatin County Fire and Rescue assisted Jeff-Craig Fire Department as the community honored former Switzerland County Sheriff Nathan E. Hughes.
Our crews travel thousands of miles across Southeastern Indiana each year, and along the way, they see some pretty remarkable things. From early-morning skies and quiet country roads to wildlife, landmarks and scenes that simply stop us in our tracks, these are a few of the views spotted along the line.
