Investing in Our Future

At Southeastern Indiana REMC, investing in our communities means investing in the future. Each year, we are proud to support local students as they take the next step in their educational journey through our scholarship program.

SEI REMC awards three $500 scholarships to graduating seniors who are continuing their education beyond high school. This program is one of the many ways we support our members and their families while encouraging the next generation to pursue their goals.

This year’s scholarship recipients are:

Quinn Burdette – East Central High School

Caleb Kraus – East Central High School

Lindsey Gross – Christian Academy of Madison

Each of these students represents the hard work, dedication, and determination found throughout our communities. As they begin the next chapter of their lives, we are proud to play a small role in supporting their continued success.

The SEI REMC Scholarship program is open each year to graduating seniors whose parents or legal guardians are SEI REMC members. Eligible students who plan to enroll as full-time students in post-secondary education are encouraged to apply. Scholarship recipients are selected through a drawing of all qualified applicants.

At SEI REMC, we remain committed to supporting education and creating opportunities for the young members of our communities. We look forward to continuing this tradition and encourage graduating seniors to apply when the next scholarship cycle opens in January 2027.
